RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is new and unused.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be new and unused
  • The item must not be opened or used
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be returned with the original packaging and box intact

Return Authorization

Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Please contact our support team to request return authorization before sending the item back.

Return Label

A return label is included in the package for your convenience.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item sent by us

Return Request

To request a return or exchange, please contact us first at support@nardosays.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return or exchange
  • The reason for the return

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within the same 30-day return period.

Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns, including being unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A short video if possible
  • Your order number or proof of purchase

After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
