Shipping Options
We offer two shipping options for customers within the United States: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS. Depending on the order size, destination, and selected shipping method, we will choose the most suitable carrier to ensure reliable delivery.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, cut, and pack fabric orders before shipment. Shipping time begins once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping Scope
We currently ship within the United States only, covering all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Order preparation takes place Monday through Friday. Our fulfillment team does not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and shipping details. This allows you to monitor the delivery progress of your package directly through the carrier's tracking system.
My Address Is Wrong!
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order. During this period, we can assist with order cancellation or address correction.
Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping information is accurate at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses or packages forwarded during transit.
