SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO/FPO addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

PROCESSING, SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 8 business days

This estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Processing / Handling Time: 1 - 2 business days
Shipping Transit Time: 3 - 6 business days after the order has been shipped.

Please note:
Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline only. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates because shipping and delivery may be affected by external factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holiday or peak season shipping volume
  • Other unforeseen logistical circumstances

We always work with our shipping partners to fulfill and deliver orders as efficiently as possible.

Business days are defined as:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (Local time)

Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

We use trusted third-party shipping carriers including:

  • FedEx
  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and service availability.

ORDER CANCELLATION OR CHANGE PERIOD

Customers may request order cancellation or modifications within 6 hours after placing an order.

After this period, we cannot guarantee changes because production and fulfillment may already begin.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

You can track your package directly on the carrier’s official website using the tracking number provided.
Please note that tracking updates are managed by the shipping carrier and may not update in real time.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you experience any of the following issues:

  • Delivery delay beyond the estimated timeframe
  • Package marked as delivered but not received
  • Package arrives damaged

Please contact us immediately so we can assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Monitoring tracking status
  • Receiving packages after delivery attempts

We are not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
  • Packages not collected after delivery attempts
  • Delays caused by third-party shipping carriers
