Cancellation & Modification Window
Customers may request an order cancellation or modification within 8 hours of placing the order.
During this timeframe, we can assist with updating certain order details, including:
- Shipping address
- Phone number
- Email address associated with the order
After the 8-hour window has passed, the order may already be processed or prepared for shipment. For this reason, cancellation and modification requests will no longer be supported.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for successfully cancelled orders are processed within 10 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
How to Request a Cancellation or Modification
To request an order cancellation or modification, please contact our support team and include the following information:

- Proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation email or receipt)
- Your request (clearly state whether you want to cancel the order or modify specific details)
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and send a response within 24 hours.
If your request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that the cancellation or modification has been completed.
