We want you to feel confident when purchasing fabric from our store. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review the return guidelines below.
Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The fabric is unused and in new condition
- Original tags are still attached
- Original packaging is preserved
- The product has not been cut, washed, or altered
Accepted Return Reasons
We accept return requests for the following reasons:
- You no longer like the item
- The item is not suitable or does not meet your expectations
- Incorrect item was sent
- Missing items in the order
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect measurements or specifications
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
To start a return request, please contact our support team and provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email)
- Title or description of your request
Step 2: Wait for Review
Once we receive your request, our team will review the information and respond within 24 hours. In some cases, we may request additional photos or evidence to verify the issue.
Step 3: Return Approval
If your return request is approved, we will send you a confirmation email along with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.
Step 4: Ship the Item Back
Please carefully repackage the item in its original packaging and ship it according to the instructions provided.
Return Shipping Fee
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as:
- Wrong item shipped
- Damaged or defective product
- Missing items from the order
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Original Shipping Fee
The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is caused by an error from our side.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not support exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If you notice that the fabric is defective, damaged, cut incorrectly, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Providing photos of the product and packaging will help us resolve the situation more quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-cut or personalized fabric orders
- Special order fabrics requested by the customer
- Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered after delivery
Due to the nature of fabric products, once the material has been cut, used in sewing projects, or modified, it can no longer be returned.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If the refund is approved, the payment will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
