Last updated: March 11, 2026

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of our website to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we respond to properly submitted copyright infringement claims and take appropriate action when necessary.

If you believe that content available on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice requesting that the material be removed.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL or location on our website where the material can be found.
  3. Your contact information, including:
  • Full legal name
  • Mailing address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  1. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  2. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  3. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

DMCA copyright complaints should be submitted to our designated contact using the information below.

Once a valid notice is received, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with applicable law.

Counter Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where the service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA complaint
  • Your physical or electronic signature

If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order.

Repeat Infringement Policy

We may terminate or restrict access to users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

We also reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we believe may infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Good Faith Use

Please note that submitting false claims of copyright infringement may result in legal liability. DMCA notices should only be submitted when the complainant has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized.
